Paid Internship Jobs
A paid intern is expected to work on the day to day functions in the area to which assigned, including training volunteers in that area. A paid intern develops and documents areas to which assigned, working with volunteers and other staff members in doing so. A paid intern formally reports to the collective and to council. A paid intern understands how various areas of a company works on the long-term goals of the areas to which assigned. It's a good idea for paid interns to take on a project towards the end of his/her internship. Paid intern’s aptitudes skills and personality help determine the shape and type of the project he should be assigned to. Paid internships help people learn skills and gain some resume quality experience. Paid interns are paid hourly and unlike staff collective members, interns do not receive health care, vacation, sick, retirement, or holiday benefits.
A paid intern must be enrolled as a student at an accredited institution. A paid internship has a maximum length of six months with a three month review. A paid intern should have strong communication and interpersonal skills including telephone and email. A paid intern competencies include quality of work, quantity of work, work knowledge, reliability, teamwork and attendance.
