\u003cp\u003ePrioritize client access request tasks to adhere to customer service and timeliness and security standards. Work independently to maintain our que in ServiceNow to delegate work to the appropriate analyst or team. Monitor Security Access mailbox responding to questions and issues and prioritizing. Assign and handle daily operation of RSA Authentication SecurID tokens.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Provide education to users on best practice or offer solutions for end users to file access requests or submit incidents for resolution.\u0026nbsp; Independently handle multiple competing initiatives and escalate issues effectively. Utilize data, statistics, and technology to solve problems.\u003c/p\u003e
