and

design decisions.

As a Content Design Intern

, you’ll gain experience in writing product content across a diverse set of experiences

, in both mobile and web applications. You’ll also work to identify pain points

, understand user needs

, brainstorm ideas

and ideate on final solutions

as you contribute to Hudl’s overall content ecosystem.

We’re looking for a current undergraduate student who’s hungry to make a real impact. No matter the size, scope or spotlight, this intern’s work saves our team time and money. You'll work alongside other content designers and product designers as you go, but will often be trusted as the sole designer on projects with varying deadlines.

You Are

A current student.

You’re excited for the opportunity to work with our team because it’ll complement and enhance your education.

Skillful and deliberate.

You’re familiar with design software, and can effectively communicate your ideas, sketches, and content mocks. You also know how and when to push back on the details that matter.

Team-oriented.

You have thick skin and can roll with design critique because you know your work will be better because of it.

Responsible.

You take ownership of your work to hit deadlines, meet expectations and raise red flags when you see them.

Well-versed.

You know what a user journey map is, and how to leverage it to build understanding.

You Will

Hone your craft.

You’ll learn and apply best practices in content design to solve user problems.

Collaborate with other designers.

You’ll take part in design critiques with other designers from across the company to level up your knowledge and craft.

Manage your own projects.

You’ll be expected to communicate and work with project team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. (Don’t worry, you won’t be ​on your own island.)
