\u003cp\u003eCounterpart International is seeking with highly motivated and creative candidates for a paid part-time, four-month internship with responsibilities. The Publishing Intern will provide programmatic and administrative support for I4C\u0026rsquo;s content department, while contributing to projects and department strategic goals. The intern will be exposed to many educational opportunities including gaining experience in fact-checking articles,\u0026nbsp; case studies, profiles, original research and copy editing using tracked changes in Google Docs, Word, proofreading using Adobe Acrobat mark-up tools, and using Associated Press (AP) and Modern Language Association (MLA) styles.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThis is a part-time, paid internship position based in Arlington, VA. This position will report to the Senior Innovation Specialist. The initial period for the internship is four months with the possibility to extend.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; The internship is structured to provide young and aspiring professionals with practical experience and hard-skill building and add content to their professional portfolios.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cp\u003eThe intern\u0026rsquo;s primary responsibility will be to:\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003eI4C communication products: fact-checking articles, entry-level writing assignments, stock art image collection;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreate a weekly digest of social innovation research, case studies and profiles to share with seven innovation centers and the supporting network;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInnovation Toolkits and Lab materials: assist with creation of presentations, editing toolkits and innovation lab materials, as well as writing blogs for\u0026nbsp;\u003ca href=\u0022\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022 rel=\u0022noopener noreferrer\u0022\\u003c/a\u003e\u003cspan\u003e;\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAnnual and quarterly reporting editing: Program editing, content coordination and review, proof correction checks.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eQualified candidates for this paid internship will be able to work five (5) days a week (max 29 hours) and will have the following qualifications:\u0026nbsp;\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA./B.S in relevant field, currently in school or have equivalent and relevant work experience;\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/li\u003e
