The Role
We are currently searching for a summer intern in our Arlington, VA regional office.  This position will be responsible for managing several phases of the development of multifamily rental communities. This includes market analyses, financial analyses and budgeting, design conceptualization, management of the entitlement process including presentation before municipal and other regulatory boards, and participation in the construction/lease up process.
You Have...
Qualified candidates must be enrolled in an MBA or MSRED program and possess 2-4 years work experience. Knowledge of the DC, MD, VA area is a plus.
