The B/E Aerospace Summer Intern Program affords students:
The opportunity to learn and gain practical experience in a hands-on environment
The ability to work on projects and programs currently in progress at B/E, which allows the intern to apply knowledge that contributes to the overall business

Designs and Evaluates concept aircraft interiors designs.
Lays out Aircraft interiors to airline or B/E specifications to maximize revenue.
Researches engineering costs and tooling NRE.
Conducts technical research on competitive products.
Performs CAD modeling of aircraft interiors.
Calculates overall weights and develops technical product specifications for inclusion in proposals.
Teams with other engineers to produce marketing proposals.
Interpret FAA/Boeing/Airbus interiors specification and related regulations.
Provides technical guidance in support of commercial proposals
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Completion of sophomore year
Enrollment in a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program for the Fall 2019 semester in any Engineering discipline
Demonstration of effective written and verbal communication skills
Unigraphics CAD experience
Previous internships, research or project experience in a relevant field
