\u003cp\u003eThe Palo Alto or San Francisco office of Baker Botts L.L.P. has an opening for a temporary Recruiting Intern from May \u0026ndash; August 2020 (exact dates are flexible; however, a 10-week commitment is required). The Recruiting Intern, under the supervision of the Senior Recruiting Manager, will support the Summer Associate and fall recruiting programs, lawyer on-boarding and off-boarding, and special projects. The intern will work closely with the Palo Alto and San Francisco Hiring Partners, Senior Recruiting Manager, Senior Recruiting Coordinator, and Employment Committee.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eManage administrative tasks for the Senior Recruiting Manager including:\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintaining recruiting database, applicant tracking, processing all expense requests, generating all correspondence, statistical reporting, and other duties as assigned.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssisting with the planning and implementation of all aspects of the Summer Associate Program including on-boarding/off-boarding, work assignments and evaluations, advisor programs, budget tracking, and event planning and attendance.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssisting with the planning and implementation of all aspects of the fall and spring law school on-campus interviews.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssisting with coordinating callback interviews and the offer process.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssisting with entry level associate on-boarding/off-boarding/status changes.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssisting with lateral hiring on an as needed basis.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with any other tasks and special projects assigned.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHigh school diploma is required, some college courses preferred.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eA minimum of six months experience in a legal or professional services office environment is required.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eClient Service Orientation: must have exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to work evenings and weekends as needed.\u003c/li\u003e
