Job overview and responsibilities
Responsible for supporting roll out of new programming with the implementation of the Inflight Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Identify, track, and work with the Information Technology team on resolution.
Supports communication efforts on automation updates.
Fall internship/co-op will take place from August - November
Strong communication skills and project management experience preferred
High School Diploma is required. Pursing College degree (B.A. or B.S.)
Role works closely with IT team members on requirements development and supporting new technology.
Supports training related to rollout of new system functionality.
Identifies programming issues and ensures IT has all the relevant details for resolution.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Experience/familiarity with 24 hour call center environment. Experience with system testing and validation of systems or computer applications.
