You will help the Customer Support Manager with activities performed in support of the data analytics needs of the customer support organization. You will also build Salesforce dashboards and excel reports to compare data and look at trends, as well as interact with other functions in PrismHR.
Customer Support is a group of over 40 individuals supporting the PrismHR suite of products. We respond directly to customer support requests, facilitate software improvements through customer feedback with our product management, and manage the needs of our clients, as they service their customers HR, payroll and benefits needs.
SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
