Profile
															Cirrus Logic’s IT Support Team is looking for an intern who will be a contributor on our internal IT Help Desk team. You will work closely with other IT support staff, with occasional interaction with customers via our ticket system and in-person support. You will also be assisting in some of our upgrade and hardware inventory projects.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 support to our end users
Respond to Tier 1 requests in person, via phone and electronically
Participate in resolving technical hardware and software issues
Research questions and direct problems to appropriate resources
Assist or lead hardware rollout projects and asset recovery projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree with Information Technology focus
Basic understanding of PC and Mac hardware and operating systems
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of customer service skills
Basic troubleshooting skills
This position is located in Austin, TX
Cirrus Logic follows a 2  day in-office work schedule but interns should expect to be in the office more often, up to 5 days per week, based on business needs and team preference. Interns must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning their internship with Cirrus Logic.
