Our US headquarters is based in Austin, Texas, with international offices around the world.nWhat youu2019ll learn & achieve:nWe are currently seeking Interns at our Austin office to support our Regulatory Research and Global Consulting teams. Individuals will work closely and regularly interact with individuals from our Consulting, Project Management and Research teams. This internship is largely comprised of various administrative support activities and does not require previous regulatory affairs experience. Interns are offered the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and grow their professional skillset with an international regulatory consulting firm.n nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:nn Support with the retrieval of published literature as directed by a Regulatory Consultant or Project Managern Coordination of tasks with local and international colleagues/teamsn Accurate and complete submission of project related timecards and expense reports as applicablen Maintenance and organization of internal document libraries and databasesn Proofreading, formatting and document editing activitiesn Information collection and entry into internal tracking tools, databases, and spreadsheetsn Coordination of team meetings and assistance with agenda creation as neededn Regular status updates on project progressn Data entry, accurate transition of information between systemsn Support new hire onboarding, transition and offboarding of consultants globally; coordination with other company departments as neededn Aid consulting team in the organization of training, tracking and certification materialsn Maintain inventory of consultant profile information, ensuring skills and professional credentials are accurately and thoroughly documents in our electronic systemsnnWhat makes you a great fit:nSkills/Requirements:nn Strong attention to detailn Diligence in ensuring all steps of a process are followed and completed as required n Proactive approach to assignmentsn Capable of working independently with minimal supervisionn Ability to successfully manage/balance long (ongoing) and short-term projects in paralleln Receptive to feedback and willing to engage colleagues to support learningn Successfully prioritize time sensitive projects to meet deadlinesn High quality outputs even when completing routine or repetitive tasksn Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications is highly preferredn Capable of learning new software programs quicklyn Local candidates preferredn Must be available 12 u2013 18 hours per week within regular business hours (M u2013 F, 8a u2013 5p), minimum three days/weekn Availability to work January 2022 through the end of the Spring semester (at minimum).nnWhat youu2019ll experience working at UL:nn Mission For UL, corporate and social responsibility isnu2019t new.
