The program is intended to develop business leaders of tomorrow. Interns will also gain exposure to senior leaders and participate in learning and development opportunities. Sample intern teams from the past include Brand Management, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Analytics, eCommerce and Revenue Management.
The Commercial Strategy team is responsible for helping drive results by ensuring the effective development and execution of commercial plans. The team works with the Commercial Services Leadership Team to identify profitable opportunities, anticipate challenges, and create strategic plans to deliver against current and future global priorities.
What will I be doing?
The Commercial Strategy intern will work with the Commercial Strategy team on analysis and projects related to our key strategic priorities of maximizing performance, strengthening our commercial platforms, and expanding our global footprint.
Specific areas of focus for the intern may relate to any of our strategic focus including conducting competitor analysis on commercial structure, industry analysis on the future of 3rd party distribution, or determining best practices on B2B loyalty.

Applicants must be currently enrolled as a full-time college student with a Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related degree.
Applicants must possess a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher.
Ability to be on-site and work at assigned location.
Ability to work independently and in a group environment with strong interpersonal and team working skills.
Ability to create presentations and materials to tell a story including materials for internal and external conferences and team meetings.
Ability to validate the viability and merits of new opportunities by creating business cases and/or pro formas.
Ability to coordinate the execution of strategic projects, particularly those across functions, from identification to implementation.
Ability to immerse in the industry to identify emerging trends and potential disruptors to the business model.
Expert with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Applicants must have the ability to fluently speak, read, and write in English.
Applicants must be able to work in the U.S. without employment sponsorship.
