Responsibilities Responsible for designing new creative assets that will be used for various branding activities.
Typical work related activities:
Create new social media creative assets (motion and static graphics) My Success campaign
ACT Cares campaign
Refresh social media templates
Partner with State Orgs and Work Ready Communities on creative asset refresh
Develop new design concepts to inspire, inform and captivate ACT customers and advocates Visuals for ACT's strategy and the transformation from testing to learning company
Create campaign templates for the Countdown to 60 campaign
Produce video with CEO describing the future of ACT
Conduct a social media audit across all channels with recommendations Dashboard with key metrics, profile images, bios
Qualifications Currently enrolled and pursing an undergraduate or higher degree in graphic design or similiar program.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven graphic design experience with strong portfolio
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, creating videos and developing social media motion graphics
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Ability to collaborate, communicate and visualize complex messaging
