Duties include but are not limited to:Assist in preparing financial statement & analysisWork closely with rental branches and other departmentsAssist accounting managers with reports, etc.Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cashAssist in accounting schedules & filingPerform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed \r \r \r Qualifications\r Must have a high school diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years oldMust be currently enrolled in a college/university in a Bachelors degree program in Accounting or FinanceMust be a rising Senior with no more that 2 semesters until graduation (graduating on or before May 2019)Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferredMust have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
