Description

The Intern - General 2 acts as an apprentice while completing formal education or immediately following graduation. The Intern - General 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex data analytics/operational assignments.

Responsibilities

The Intern - General 2 works with key resources in the Provider Medicaid and Data Governance organization to solve complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources and to provide insight to decision-makers. The Intern - General 2 assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Recommend data opportunities including process and system improvements that directly impact both upstream and downstream data partners. The Intern - General 2 will attend key meetings and present work contributions.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Have a strong academic history, with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA being desired.

Be actively involved on-campus and/or in the community.

Possess an interest in working in the healthcare industry.
