Our Atlanta Studio has an immediate need for a Design Intern

. The Design

Intern performs a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard

design techniques for a small project or selected segments of a larger one,

under supervision.

Basic responsibilities include

Assists Project Lead in selecting, designing and/or specifying

furnishings, artwork, accessories and plants.

Assists Project Lead in rendering design ideas in form of drawings

or illustrations and developing design concepts under supervision of the

project designer.

Prepares 2D and 3D design materials

Assists with conceptual building programming layouts

Incorporate drawing redlines for review.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and

EXPERIENCE

High school

diploma and currently enrolled in a four-year college or university interior

design or architectural program.

Experienced with

Revit, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-UP and Adobe Suite preferred.

Ability to

complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail

Ability to

present and articulate ideas and analyses

Demonstrates

intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and complex challenges

Ability to learn

quickly and demonstrate willingness to take on new responsibilities

Ability to work

independently upon receiving direction from others
