JOB SUMMARY 
As a Downtown San Francisco intern, you will be partnered with some of our top sales professionals to learn about our business. You will gain hands-on experience supporting current and potential deals by tracking leads, reviewing proposals, conducting market research, crafting presentations and completing special business development projects. Application Criteria 
The program is open to rising college juniors and seniors with an interest in commercial real estate. The program is a paid internship and will run for 8 weeks.

Responsibilities: 
Conduct company, property and industry-specific research 
 Manage and update prospects in an internal tracking database 
 Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials 
 Track local and regional activity, e.g. economy, employee statistics, major company activity, industry trends and demographics that affect the local real estate market 
 Contribute to special projects in support of business development
General Qualifications: 
Strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry 
 Preferred experience in Salesforce 
 Strong presentation skills 
 Detail oriented and highly organized 
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
 Collaboration and a team approach but can also work independently 
 Proven leadership experience (clubs, projects, student government or office 
 Related internship experience 
 Volunteerism or active in the community
