Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing organization in the top company within the data storage industry. Get involved with helping to improve, strategize and mature our already successful Professional Services organization. We’re looking for creative minds, interested in helping to identify and solve our organizational challenges, and getting exposure to the inner workings of our dynamic organization.
As an Intern, you will work closely with the Strategic Business and Staff Management team to assist with internal communications initiatives, career development projects, and engaging with cross functional teams to support operational efforts. Our mission is to create and support internal programs to support our employees.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with tasks supporting the Strategic Business and Staff team including marketing, internal communications, training, and finance projects.
Working on initiatives to support training and educational efforts for new employees.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that project deadlines are met.
Working with program managers on existing projects to create or update project plans, metrics, meeting minutes and project status reports.
Other projects as deemed appropriate.
Required Skills
A fast, independent learner, needing minimum supervision and able to solve complex challenges in a remote work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to review and edit various types of communication materials (website, emails and IM).
Knowledge of Google applications or Microsoft Suite.
Current college student.
Ability to handle multiple projects.
Strong organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelors’ Degree in Business or a related field through the end of 2023 or beyond
Ability to work 40 hours a week (Paid)
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to work remotely
Must be based in Eastern or Central Time Zone
