The Player Network enables a continuous play experience, making it easy for players to discover and enjoy games and the content that they love, while connecting with friends and communities through meaningful, shared experiences.

We are currently searching for a MBA candidate with a strong background in product management and strategy, and an interest in creating an amazing network for EA’s players. This person will partner with teams across Technology, Worldwide Game Studios and Marketing to define, build and scale great products from our headquarters in Redwood City, California.

As a member of the Player Network team, you have the responsibility of ideating, researching, and prioritizing features and capabilities that create a more social, more connected, and richer gaming experience. For the right candidate this will be an incredible opportunity to have a big impact on a strategic priority for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Partner with corporate strategy and customer intelligence leads to identify and explore key product opportunities

+ Conduct competitive analysis and market research to generate insights and recommendations

+ Identify player needs, pain points and features as it relates to building a network that connects our players in a meaningful, valuable, and fun way

+ Collaborate with producers, engineers and analysts to evaluate and document technical feasibilities

+ Create user stories, specify data requirements, and plan data-driven ideation and testing for feature development and measurement

+ Build internal presentations to educate teams about EA’s Player Network initiatives

Desired Experience:

+ Currently enrolled in an MBA Program

+ Coursework focused on digital strategy, product strategy, or product management

+ Experience with digital ecosystems, social networks, digital-only services or applications

+ Experience in product management and product strategy

+ Experience with games of any type including but not limited to mobile, console, PC

+ Strong aptitude for data interpretation, testing, and technology
