Intern, Business Improvement and Quality','1717133','!*!Wyndham Vacation Ownership seeks a Business Improvement and Quality Intern in Orlando, Florida. This position will have responsibility within various teams in Business Improvement and Quality department and could include engagement with: Sales and Marketing, Resort Operations, Quality Assurance, and Consumer Finance and Owner Services. Focus will be on developing business acumen and enhancing project management, leadership, and problem solving skills. The position will identify opportunities and work with the business on analytics, development of processes and implementation in partnership with operations and sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Assist management with the implementation of strategic initiatives by identifying bottlenecks in processes, and recommending solutions by way of financial analysis, statistical analysis, and Six Sigma methodology.Assist management with driving improvements based on quality assurance (enforcement of brand standards, customer expectations, and environmental sustainability) results and mystery shops to improve guest experience.Assist management with understanding internal sales integrity policies, and assisting leadership team in driving internal audit practices that better enforce these internal policies at the sales site levels.Other Projects Include:

Lunch & Learns, Q & A sessions and roundtable meetings with Senior Leadership

Internships are available for students who have a Bachelor's degree and are currently enrolled in a graduate degree program.
Internships are also available for students who will graduate any time in 2018.
