The Team

At TOMMY HILFIGER, we are transforming the fashion industry by breaking conventions, exploring ways to push boundaries to deliver fashion for good. The team consists of production, merchandiser, marketing, growth, and business transformation expertise. We do everything we can to prevent TOMMY HILFIGER products from going to waste, giving consumers an opportunity to wear our products through other means than buying them new.

A Day in The Life of a PVH CIRCULAR BUSINESS Intern

With the Circular Business team enjoy your internship in a start-up environment and informal setting. The world we live and work in is constantly changing. Right now, the pace and ambition of that change needs businesses like ours to fundamentally rethink what it means to be sustainable, equitable, inclusive, and innovative.

• Mentored by the Circular Business team explore growing new business models - including resale, rental, repair, and rework - that focus on intensifying usage and extending the lifetime of already made items
• Learn the work that goes into a brand book which serves as a starting point for partnerships and collaborations
• Work up-close with the team to describe the offers, create infographics for presentations, develop glossary on what words to use and avoid and collect and present brand examples /upcycling artists per circular offer
• Learn what goes into designing mock-ups, storyboards and wireframes used in consumer research as well as create content and assets for newsletters, websites, and social media channels
• Be exposed to the launch of a new circular business proposition with a marketing campaign via Partnership & Owned brand channels through supporting on creating briefs, mood boards and an actual shoot where the team creates new content
• Learn how to build and enhance eye catching and unique presentations for commercial audiences
• Day-to-day strengthen your knowledge of Adobe CC graphic tools (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) and MS Office & PowerPoint
• Bring your knowledge from your studies which could be Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Design or Creative Business 

Must Haves

• Eligible to work within the EU
• Must be enrolled in full time continuing education for the entire internship
• Available from 01 Feb 2023 for a 6-month, full time program
