QA Internship Jobs description

A QA intern is offered education and practical training in quality assurance techniques. A A QA intern gets an opportunity to perform different tasks like visiting the plant, observing the quality assurance people performing their work, looking at the samples checked by quality assurance people, looking at how are defects found from the samples drawn, looking at how are errors spotted in the manufacturing process, assisting in preparation of technical and administrative reports, and performing other tasks assigned by the quality assurance manager. A QA intern is able to apply his knowledge he has learned so far, to support quality assurance managers who work closely with manufacturing facility leaders and customers to improve company’s processes, develop new products and advance the capabilities of their production facilities. A QA intern, with guidance from a quality assurance manager or a senior team member, assists in creating test cases and test suites and some times executes manual and automated test cases against web, database, and client software applications.

A QA intern requires an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A QA intern should have excellent academic credentials. Prior background in quality assurance through project work will prove advantageous. A QA intern should have desire and passion to learn and the ability to apply and increase business and technical skills. Familiarity with computer applications like word, excel, power point will be an added advantage.
