Internship Sales Jobs description

A sales intern supports sales managers in general (phone handling, mail, e-mail etc), database management, promotion via e-mailings, and coordinating request for proposal. A sales intern assists in organizing trade shows and in organizing and support sales blitzes. A sales intern also assists in organizing regional sales meetings and educational trips. A sales intern helps sales manager in drawing up contracts as well as supports the various sales and marketing teams. A sales intern supports client requirements and gets involved in marketing programs as well as internal projects. A sales intern works under supervision of various sales and marketing teams on a day-to-day basis and works externally with clients understanding the concept of bringing marketing and branding to the clients. A sales intern also assists in coordinating and attending events and managing budgets for the individual teams.

A sales intern should be a student currently studying for business or marketing or an equivalent degree. A sales intern should be able to establish, develop, and maintain strong internal and external client relationships by providing a consistent level of services which
is timely, thorough and responsive to all clients and team members. A sales intern should have advanced computer skills in word and excel. A sales intern should be motivated, enthusiastic, and should have good analytical skill. Fluency in English both written and oral is required.
