Legal Internship Jobs description
A legal internship may be available with a law firm, in-house legal department of a company, public interest firms or government organizations. A legal internship is designed to educate students on practical aspects of various practice areas like criminal law, corporate law, real estate law, family law, corporate law, public interest law, civil law and other laws. A student undertaking a legal internship may be required to perform various tasks like drafting documents, receiving phone calls or inquiries from clients, attending court with attorneys, performing administrative tasks for the attorney, scheduling conferences, receiving documents from clients etc. A legal internship is generally taken under supervision of a junior attorney.A legal internship may be available to law students pursuing bachelor's degree in law or an LL.M. Excellent academic credentials are required. A legal internship may be paid or volunteer. Some attorneys may offer part-time legal internships or full-time legal internships/summer associate
