Lastly, interns will collaborate on the \u0026ldquo;Pay-It-Forward Project\u0026rdquo; \u0026ndash; the development of a resource to be utilized for future program participants or to advance major company initiatives.\u0026nbsp; At the conclusion of the program, interns will participate in a final presentation for senior executives by showcasing their abilities and experience throughout the summer. \u003cli\u003eCraft communications and a continual communication strategy for diversity, equity, and inclusion - including writing articles for the intranet.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork with the employee resource groups to assist with diversity, equity, and inclusion program planning and execution.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform demographic data analysis, including trend and correlation analysis. This includes comparison to industry trends.\u003c/li\u003e
