Human Resources Internship Jobs description
Human resource internships are designed to make students familiar with the day to day human resource management activities. A human resource internship may be available with human resource department of any company. The various tasks a student might perform during a typical human resource internship include preparing training manuals, writing appraisals for people, filtering applicants for recruitments, calling up candidates, scheduling interviews for candidates, guiding applicants to the interview hall, coordinating with managers of various departments, assisting human resource managers on administrative tasks, receiving phone calls, making salary calculations, and performing other tasks as directed by human resource managers. A student undertaking human resource internships typically report to human resource managers.A human resource internship is offered to students pursuing bachelor's degree or higher with human resource management as a major. Excellent academic credentials are essential for any human resource internship opening. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel may be required.
