Recruiting Internship Jobs description
A recruiting intern is responsible to support the a recruiting team in the selection of candidates, throughout all steps in the recruiting process and recommend opportunities for improvement. A recruiting intern performs editing and publishing of job advertisements. A recruiting intern assist in pre-selection of applications, organization of job interviews, participation in interviews, and administration of candidates after the interview and processing of rejections. A recruiting intern provides consultancy support to new employees from abroad. . A recruiting intern participates in networking, developmental, and community service programs that enhance internship experience and also assisting with reporting, tracking, and generating hiring metrics. A recruiting intern reviews and analyze pre-employment assessment results to determine job fit, complete offer packets and appropriate new hires documents as necessary, coordinate start-date, training, and first-day agenda with appropriate department. A recruiting intern also carries out certain task like faxing timesheets, mailing out pay slips to temporary workers, distribution of cheques to temporary workers, setting up client accounts, uploading candidate files onto our online system etc.A recruiting intern requires a high school diploma. Prior experience in the field business management, human resources, or related field and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience is must. A recruiting intern should have good knowledge of MS office. A recruiting intern must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
